The modern fat-and-oil industry has a huge list of tasks for deep processing of sunflower seeds, rapeseed and other oil-containing products. New technologies make it possible to work more efficiently with the raw material base and obtain not only additional oil, but also a number of secondary products that appeared during the processing.

Application:

Pumping and dosing vegetable/rape oil
Cleaning oil from pearlite inclusions and feeding it to the filter press
Pumping of secondary products (phosphate concentrates, hydrophase, soapstock, etc.)
Pumping fuels from the storage tank
The explosion-proof design allows the pumps to be used for extraction tasks in gas-filled areas

This task list is far from complete. The application field of screw pumps in the confectionery industry is extensive. It’s important to understand that this type of pump is used for tasks requiring smooth and “gentle” delivery of viscous liquids with sufficient dosing accuracy. Additionally, it’s crucial that the pump can be optionally equipped to fulfill specific tasks: mobile execution, heated chamber, auger feeder, or CIP cleaning.
